Hannah Stewart, RCST
Craniosacral Therapist & Herbalist
Hannah Stewart is a Craniosacral Therapist and Herbalist living in Athens, Ohio. She has spent the majority of her time the last seven years studying the many facets of herbal medicine. On top of many years of self-directed study, her education has included two years of interning with Lauren Genter of Ancient Roots Botanicals and another two years of interning and apprenticing with Athens-area Clinical Herbalist, Caty Crabb. Herbalism combines some of Hannah’s biggest interests: health, gardening, & cooking. Her favorite element of herbal medicine is recipe development, as it’s where she gets to play with the combination of delicious flavors, potent ingredients and luxurious textures.
Hannah’s career in craniosacral therapy began more recently. In February 2019, she finished a 2-year ‘Foundations Training’ through the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America (BCTA/NA). She adores this modality for its safe, gentle approach to trauma resolution, and the way it can create fast and long-lasting shifts in chronic pain patterns. Since she began studying craniosacral therapy & trauma resolution, Hannah feels as though she has finally found her path. Hannah recently opened a Craniosacral Therapy practice and herbal product line under the umbrella of Spiral Path Therapies. She has released a full line of herbal products including skincare products, soaps, and salves. Find her online at spiralpaththerapies.com and @spiral.path.therapies
Outside of her work, Hannah enjoys camping with her husband, Ben, spending time with her sweet cat and dog, and doing yoga.
