Rachel is  Lead Clinical Officer of Rock Riffle Wellness and owns and operates Siegel Transformations, LLC which offers counseling, facilitation, and counselor consultation services. Rachel is a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervision endorsement. She holds a Master’s of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and completed a clinical residency at The Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute training through the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology and also the Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program. Rachel works with individuals, families and couples. She has spent over a decade in a variety of settings including university, community-based, medical, and multidisciplinary settings, throughout Ohio working with diverse clients throughout the life span to face anxiety and depression, perinatal mood concerns, heal from traumatic experiences, manage chronic stress and illness, move through loss & grief, explore identity development and relational issues.  Rachel’s approach is strength based and relational drawing from a wide variety of evidenced based models including, cognitive -based frameworks, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness and acceptance- based therapies; taking into consideration the social inequities and multicultural issues clients face. Rachel provides a validating and affirming environment for marginalized clients. She cares deeply about holding a safe and supportive space to allow for deep emotional attunement and compassion, inviting collaboration to explore your concerns. She has special interest in the use of art, nature-based interventions, and groups as an adjunct to traditional 1:1 talk therapy to help you develop self-awareness and tap into your potential for choice, change, and healing.

Mosha Trout, LPCC

Mosha Trout, LPCC, is the co-owner of Rock Riffle Wellness and the owner of Trout Counseling Services, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, including 10 years in executive leadership, Mosha brings a deep commitment to fostering healing, connection, and innovation in mental health care.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor endorsed by the Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board in Ohio, Mosha combines her clinical expertise with a strong sense of vision and collaboration. She holds a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development with a focus on Mental Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling and Human Services from Lindsey Wilson College.

Mosha is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 and Somatic IFS Level 1, integrating these approaches to support compassionate self-understanding and transformative growth.

She leads with a trauma-informed and relationship-centered philosophy, creating an environment where clients, clinicians, and community partners can thrive together. Her leadership reflects a belief in the power of authenticity, connection, and community to create lasting change.

Drea Renzelli, LISW-S

Licensed Independent Social Worker

Drea Renzelli is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who has been practicing in the Athens, OH area since she finished her Master of Social Work in 2005. She is the owner of  Drea Renzelli, LISW-S, LLC. Drea has worked in Emergency Mental Health, Community Mental Health, and Private Practice. She currently works with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, situational crisis, and those who are navigating interpersonal relationships. Drea has a special interest in working with individuals who are experiencing the effects of past or current trauma or abuse. Drea utilizes various strengths-based treatment modalities to best fit the needs of the client. She uses Cognitive based approaches, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered approaches. She has specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy helping clients heal from trauma or other distressing life events. Drea offers a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable working through their most difficult experiences.

Dr. Kelly Coon received her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens and has been in practice for over 20 years. With extensive experience in the medical field, Dr. Coon is committed to providing high-quality care and advancing her expertise to stay at the forefront of medical practice. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance overall wellness. Dr. Coon’s dedication to compassionate care, combined with her in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, has allowed her to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of countless individuals.

Anna Teske, LISW

Licensed Independent Social Worker

Anna is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. She holds a Master’s of Social Work, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and an Associate of Arts with an emphasis on Arts and Humanities from Ohio University.

 

Before joining Rock Riffle Wellness, Anna worked in community mental health for over seven years, providing a wide range of services including substance use treatment, case management, early childhood development and intervention, home-based family therapy, parent training, and clinical therapy services for individuals and families. She has completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and is a Certified Educator of Infant Massage.

 

Anna is deeply passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and is committed to providing a brave, safe space where clients can explore, create, and sustain their own identity. She works collaboratively with children of all ages, teens, and adults, helping them build a toolkit of skills to nurture their mental health and well-being throughout their lives. Her approach focuses on empowering clients to thrive in their unique experiences, creating lasting growth and healing

Katie Daniels, LISW-S

Katie is a licensed independent social worker supervisor and holds a Masters in Social Work from Ohio University. She has a history of working in community mental health with a variety of individuals, specializing in complex trauma. Her dedication to helping others extends to people of all ages, but she has a particular passion for working with adolescents and aging adults. 

Katie provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and address their mental health concerns. She is passionate about holding space for those moving through grief & loss, working through trauma, managing chronic stress and illness, and general self discovery and identity exploration. Katie’s is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.

With her client-centered and empathetic approach, Katie strives to create a therapeutic alliance with her clients, fostering a trusting and collaborative relationship. She believes in the power of resilience and personal growth, and is committed to helping individuals overcome challenges and work towards healing and well-being.

Phoebe Sales, LISW

Phoebe Sales is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has served families and children in early childhood mental health, adolescents, college students, and adults in the Athens community since 2019 and is currently accepting new individual and family clients in person at Rock Riffle Wellness and virtually. 

Phoebe supports clients through various life transitions, emerging adulthood, and through various life stressors including the journey in parenthood and beyond. She also enjoys helping individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety/ mood disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and the challenges these conditions can bring to everyday life.

Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Phoebe combines evidence-based trauma treatment with a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and build meaningful, lasting change.
